Meet Mrs. Meyer

Welcome, my name is Hollie Meyer and am excited to be your second grade paraprofessional this year.

My family and I moved to State College in the summer of 2017, after a few years in Atlanta, GA and West Lafayette, IN.  I grew up on a small farm in NE Iowa and enjoy going back to visit every summer and winter.

My husband, Rustin, is a Psychology Professor at Penn State and we have one son, Harrison. He fills our evenings and weekends with baseball, football and swim team practices.  We also have a beautiful white and brindle greyhound from Nittany Greyhounds. Harrison named her Yuki, which is Japanese for “snow” and “happiness.”

Depending on the time of the year, you can find us downhill skiing at Tussey, biking around State College, or relaxing near the SPRA swimming pool. In my spare time, I enjoy baking, cooking, gardening, photography, and woodworking.
